Good quality wick material
The combination of copper and cotton is well executed — the wick is flexible enough to thread easily but holds its shape. Burns cleanly without excess charring. Good value for a lighter repair accessory.

Good replacement wick. Material quality is fine — the copper braid around cotton holds up well to kerosene. Flame after replacement is consistent and adjustable. Slightly tricky to thread if you've never done it before but once in, it's perfect.

Exactly 40 inches as described
Measured it — accurate to description. The copper braid around the cotton core gives it good structure. Cut to size easily with scissors. After fitting, my lighter works as well as when it was new. Fast delivery too.
Brilliant accessory

Good length and quality
40 inches is generous — enough for multiple lighters. Quality is good, the copper-cotton combination works well. Took me two attempts to thread it correctly but that's user error, not a product issue. Flame is excellent after installation.
