We stand behind the quality of our premium cigar accessories. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Return Conditions

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Original Condition

The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories.

Timely Initiation

Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery date.

Damage Reporting

Any damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Conditions

We regret that we are unable to accept returns under the following circumstances:

Change of Mind / Subjective Dissatisfaction

Returns will not be accepted on the basis of personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the appearance, scent, or aesthetic of a product. We encourage customers to review product descriptions, images, and specifications thoroughly before placing an order. Since all our products are quality-checked and dispatched in perfect condition, dissatisfaction due to personal taste does not constitute a valid return reason.

Mandatory Unboxing Video for Damage Claims

At SmokeKing, every product undergoes a thorough quality inspection before being packaged and dispatched. To ensure a transparent and fair dispute resolution process, we have the following mandatory requirement for all damage-related claims:

Video Proof is Mandatory

Customers must record a continuous, uninterrupted video of the unboxing at the time of opening the package. This video must clearly show the sealed package, the unboxing process from start to finish, and the condition of the product upon receipt.

Video Requirements:

Must be recorded at the exact time of unboxing β€” not after the fact

Must clearly show the outer packaging before opening

Video must be continuous and unedited β€” no cuts or pauses

Damage to the product must be visible in the video

Please Note: Damage claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for a return or replacement, regardless of the circumstances. This policy exists because we rigorously inspect and verify every product before shipment, and a contemporaneous unboxing video is the only reliable evidence of transit damage.

Order Cancellation After Shipment

If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please note the following:

Shipping Charges Are Non-Refundable

A shipping fee of β‚Ή100 will be deducted from your refund. Only the product amount will be refunded β€” the shipping charge will not be returned, as it has already been incurred for dispatching your order.

Example: If your order total was β‚Ή1,000 (including β‚Ή100 shipping) and you cancel after shipment, you will receive a refund of β‚Ή900 (product amount only).

Refund Process

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
