Been collecting at flea markets for years. Here are my tips for getting the best prices:
1. Never show too much interest
2. Point out flaws (gently)
3. Buy multiple for discounts
4. Walk away if price isn't right

Building relationships with regular vendors pays off long term. They'll call you when good stuff comes in.

Buying multiple definitely works. I got 30% off once by buying three pieces from the same seller.

Arriving early vs late debate: Early for best selection, late for desperate sellers. I prefer early.
