Creating a collection inventory system

Finally organized my 80+ piece collection properly. Using spreadsheet with: photos, purchase date, price paid, condition, location stored. Has anyone found a better system?

I use the same approach but added estimated current value column. Helps track if collection is appreciating.

Include restoration history if any! Important for provenance and also to track what work was done.
