Replacing O-rings in butane lighters
My older butane lighter won't hold fuel anymore - likely the O-rings are shot. Where can I get replacement O-rings and how hard is the DIY repair?

Apply a tiny bit of silicone grease on the new O-ring before installing. Helps with sealing and longevity.

YouTube has good tutorials for specific lighter models. Watch a few before attempting the repair.

Silicone O-rings work best for butane. Rubber ones degrade faster with the fuel contact.
